No! Because we need you for our collaboration. We just want to support you. We know that finding locations and organizing external service providers is often only a fraction of our customers‘ actual tasks. Therefore, you can concentrate entirely on your other tasks while we research, select and prepare the right offers for you.
That doesn’t matter to us. We process everything the same, whether it’s 1 person or several thousand.
We do not have any contracts with the hotels or, as a rule, with our customers. This means that you are a direct contractual partner for every event and therefore also have control over the fact that we do not add anything to the price. We work freely on the market and select all the right hotels for your request – no matter which hotel or hotel group is behind it. Your requirements are in the foreground!
Our offers are non-binding for you. However, in this case, expenses have already been incurred when the offer is sent and these will only be reimbursed by the service providers after the booking/or end of the event. This is the only way we can be free.
